The lights typically have a lifespan of around 30,000 hours under normal usage conditions. We back our products with a robust five-year guarantee, and if any issues arise within this period, we will promptly provide a free replacement.

The lights are stepless dimmable from 20% to 100%. Once you have set the color temperature of the light, turn it off and wait for more than 7 seconds. The next time you turn it on, it will be at the color temperature you previously set.

If the codes of your multiple ceiling fans are messed up, you can re-pair the fans and remotes by holding down the "Natural Light" button for approximately 3-5 seconds, until you hear a "b" sound, indicating the re-pairing process is complete. Repeat these steps for each fan, using the corresponding remote for the correct fan.

Please note that the flush mount ceiling fan cannot be controlled by a wall switch with speed control or dimmer function.
